The following terms and conditions apply to Caribbean Yoga Retreats, Inc., (“CYR”) programs and activities:

1. CYR, group leaders and other service providers are not responsible for damages, loss or delay.
2. Participant assumes all risk.
3. CYR not responsible for any expenses including lodging, meals & transportation incurred by delays or other annoying issues outside of our control.
4. Package includes: accommodations, meals at set time and location, excursions and activities as per itinerary.
5. Package does not include Island departure tax (currently approximately $30 US) or alcoholic beverages.
6. CYR is happy to arrange for additional activities and excursions, to be paid for by participant separately.
7. CYR reserves the right to change the program schedule as necessary.
8. If participant chooses to make alternative arrangements or not participate in any part of the itinerary, no part of the package price is refundable.
9. Payment of a non-refundable deposit of $500 will reserve your space. Balance due 45 days prior to retreat date. Reservation is effective upon receipt of registration form and payment of deposit.
10. If you are unable to attend for whatever reason you may send someone in your place or contact us for information on wait-listed individuals. Changes in participation may occur up to five days prior to retreat date.
11. Only one name per registration and each participant must fill out a registration form.
12. Because deposits are non-refundable, we highly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.
13. Submission of the registration form and payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and CYR cancellation policy.
